The Fernandina Little House 

The Little House is essentially one large room with a front and back door, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms with heat and central air. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (no ice maker), stove, pots and pans, a tall kitchen trash can, brooms and dust pan, mop, 5-gal Igloo,  three dish washing buckets and two fire buckets.  There are six folding tables and another that does not fold, twenty six folding chairs, and one box fan.

There is no fire circle and there are no assigned parking spots.

The Fernandina Beach Little House is located in Central Park, a public park and within walking distance of downtown Fernandina Beach.  The beach and Ft Clinch are a 5-minute drive.  Please check Safety Activity Checkpoints for guidelines for being on the beach and going into the water.  Lifeguards are only on duty during Summer months.
