Reservation instructions:

Online reservation of properties is for Girl Scouts of Gateway Council registered troops and clusters/neighborhoods.  Those groups other than Girl Scouts of Gateway Council please contact Andrea at the Jacksonville Service Center for assistance with your reservation -  1-904-388-4653 or 904-421-3480

Please select the units you wish to reserve below. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% per tent / cabin is required to complete your reservation.

Keep in mind:

• Other troops / clusters will possibly be sharing the same unit as your troop. Plan your numbers accordingly.
• Shelters no longer need to be reserved for overnight use, but may be shared if there are other campers in your area.
• Any additional insurance coverage must be arranged at least two weeks prior to your campout. Contact Customer Service at the Jacksonville Service Center for assistance.
• Cancellation of any units is needed in writing 30 days prior to your campout to not be responsible for the entire fee. Deposits are both non-refundable and non-transferable to a different date.
